Yep. That's how I feel about life right now. Okay, not really. But that's what my thought process has been like since approximately 8pm last night. I need to do this; I need to do that. I'm mad at that boy; I'm not mad at that boy. I wanna talk to that boy; I don't wanna talk to him. I should start my lesson for Sunday; I should not start it but at least figure out what it's on, etc. Ugh. I so just need it to be Thanksgiving break. Right. Now. I so need a break from life. And probably some retail therapy, too.

Side note: I sucked it up and talked to that boy after all.

It's only been 10 days?

Wow. I cannot believe how much has happened in the 10 days since my last post. Where to start?!

Last Friday, the 4th, was the final IWA formal dance. Sad day, I know! I asked this super attractive guy in my ward that I met over the summer, and I was super excited for the date for 2 weeks. :) The whole night was just grand! He was the perfect gentleman all night, and conversation was never awkward or hard to come by. Plus, while I was at work, he'd left me a flower on my doorstep. :) Actually, we didn't for sure know it was him, but let's be honest, who else would leave me a flower? I went on another date with him last night. We made cookies and watched Letters to Juliet. :) Super simple date, but so much fun!

At work, all 3 kids had been sick the week of the dance. I managed to avoid it for a while, but Saturday night, I was miserable. Sunday wasn't any better, plus I had to teach Sunday School for the first time ever. Not fun. I'm so glad I don't have to teach again this week, though! My voice keeps coming and going and I never know when it's gonna happen. Super not fun. Also, it snowed today. So I sat at home in my sweats with my blanket and a book. Talk about an awesome Saturday.

Work is great. Jovie sat up by herself for the first time yesterday! She didn't last very long, but hey, she did it. :) Karcher is starting to use full sentences sometimes. It always surprises me when he does, though. But it's cute. And last week I started teaching Everett his letter sounds. Maybe he'll be reading a little bit by the time he goes for kindergarten registration next spring. :)

Hmmm...that doesn't actually seem like a lot. But really, it is. Or maybe it just seems like it because some of it was a HUGE deal. Oh, I also bought 2 of the 3 plane tickets for my trip in March. Woot!  I am so excited for it!

Celtic Thunder

I've been waiting for today since February when I found out they were coming to Salt Lake. Yeah, that's a long time. But it's going to be so worth it! I even broke down and bought an entire new outfit. Plus, I really just needed some more wintery clothes.

Songs I'm excited to hear live:

Okay, so that's all of them. Well, most of them. Haha. The one I really love is "Just a Song at Twilight" but unfortunately neither Paul or Damian will be there. So I won't get to hear it live. :(
