Just Because

I showed these videos to Tiffany today since she'd never seen them. And we both were dying of laughter. So I thought I'd share. :)

What was life before Pinterest?

Sometimes I like to think I'm cool and actually make things I find on pinterest. Really, I've only done it twice now. But my bookshelf is awesome!

Mod podge+scrapbook paper+20 minutes=awesome. Seriously. Try it. 

I also think I need to get me some more of these basket things.

That piggy bank is one Lacey gave me years ago. It's supposed to say "wedding fund" but I changed it to "Wicked Fund". But since I've now seen Wicked (though I definitely need to see it again!) I changed it to my New York/DC fund. I'm buying a plane ticket next week, so the end of March better come fast!

Wa-ter Fight!

Wow. October is basically over. Weird. I feel like I haven't really even done anything this month, and yet I've done a ton! For instance, I went to Florida for 11 days. Let's just say paid vacations are the best thing ever invented. I seriously had so much fun! And I will never be able to afford to stay at that place on my own, so it's a good thing I didn't have to pay for anything. Here's some of my favorite pictures from the trip.

Tiffany, Chaeli, and I have done a lot of roommate bonding. We did our own FHE last week and went to the Pumpkin Walk. Thursday, they were finally successful in getting me to call "that other boy" ("that boy" is Chae's) and ask him to the IWA dance which is next weekend. I'm very excited for it now. :) Then we met Tiff's and my visiting teachers. Chae came too, and we made cookies. Pretty sure we all scared Aly and that she'll always give Jessi some reason that she can't come every month. Haha. But it was super fun. Last night we had a pizza/brownie party and watched She's the Man and we all slept in the living room. It was awesome. Plus, none of us made it through the movie. Probably had something to do with the fact that we were up til 1am the night before having a water fight. :)

And then leave awesome messages on our mirrors like these.

We also often want to go to bed at 7:30pm, but instead end up at Coldstone eating ice cream. Okay, so we only ended up there once. But one of our running jokes is none of us can be out past 7:30 because we will be loopy.  Yeah, I think the rest of this year is going to be epic. :)
